I had been waiting for several months on another designer for a new blog header and had a little trouble receiving an estimation about wait times. A bit frustrated, I e-mailed Jo-Lynne simply asking her general questions about her design website and how long I’d have to wait. She e-mailed me back immediately and said she was going with her family to the beach that week but could do it over the weekend when she returned home. By that Saturday night, she was finished and it was installed. The header is exactly what I was looking for. Jo-Lynne was fun to work with and very efficient. Her prices are absolutely reasonable and she does great work. I would recommend her to anyone without a single reservation.
