I’m Jo-Lynne, a mom of three living in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I started DCR Design in March of 2008 when I realized what a market there was for blog designers. I’m pretty much self-taught with a lot of trial and error along the way. I believe every blogger should have a custom design that reflects her personality and writing style. Whether you are keeping friends and family afar updated on your life, ranting about your day job, or hoping to strike it rich, your readers will be more likely to come back and enjoy their stay if you have a custom blog design.

I adhere to the KISS philosophy of blog design — Keep It Simple Stupid. I prefer clean, uncluttered blog designs that allow your fabulous content to take the spotlight! If you’re looking for fancy-schmancy, you might want to look for another designer. If you like simple, clean, uncluttered blog designs, I’m your gal!

By the way, DCR are the initials of my children’s names.

I’m married to one very cute computer geek (that’s a term of endearment), and we have three gorgeous kids. I’m sure I’m not at all biased. When I’m not on the computer, which is an increasingly rare occurrence, I like to shop, read, watch TV, and spend time with my family. And I’ll never turn down a pedicure.

It is my heart’s desire to honor Jesus Christ in all that I say and do, both in business and personal life. I strive to be honest, accessible, and accommodating and to work in a timely manner.
